General:

  • My commissions are a YCH type of a deal.  Before ordering, please make sure that my resin base fits your character design.

  •    All my work is strictly SFW.

  •  I have the right to deny any commission request or cancel your commission at any point with full refund.

  • Feel free to contact me for a quote anytime, but I will not take on your commission until I have slots open.

 
Payments:​​

  • All prices presented are in EUR 

However, I can take payments in USD or PLN as well. Please let me know which option works best for you!

  • Payments via PayPal invoices or Blik only.

  • Payment must be made before work is started.​​

  • Payment plans are available for all commission types.

 

Payment can be divided into 2 installments:

1. 30% paid upfront - I cast the resin base and keep your slot in my queue

2. Remaining 70% + shipping cost

(For commissions over €200 payment plan can be modified.)

Progress updated and revisions:

Once I finish customizing the resin base, you'll receive a photo of the rough sculpture for your approval. I will allow up to 2 changes at this stage, after that limit is reached each additional change will be charged extra (depending on complexity of the request). Once you approve the changes, there will be no more revisions available. I’ll keep you updated on the further process with more WIP photos!

Turnaround time:​

 I work on all my orders simultaneously, so they are all finished and ready for shipping around the same time.  This being said, it might take up to 6 weeks to complete your order (depending on the amount and complexity of orders in my queue)

 

If you need your item delivered by a specific time, please let me know before work is started!

Privacy:​

  •  Please note that I'll need your full legal name and address for shipping purposes. By default, I use the data provided by PayPal. 

  • I have the right to share photos of each finished item (as well as occasional WIP photos) on my social media and portfolio page.

If you wish to keep your order secret until a specific time, please let me know before work is started!​​

Refunds:​

  • No refund once the work is complete!

Please note that I take no responsibility for any kind of damage or loss caused by the mail carrier.

  • Full refund in case of:

1. Cancellation on my part, at any time and for any reason

2. Cancellation on your part before work is started

 

  • Partial refund in case of:

1. Cancellation on your part after work is started
